I've been a customer for a long time, unfortunately the store is getting dirtier and dirtier. At the checkout there were crumbs on the shelves and it seems that this has not been cleaned for a long time. There was a lot of dust under the tables and benches that cannot be from today. We were in business around 12:45 on 08/30/2020. The staff had very dirty clothes and very dirty fingernails. I am not used to this from the branch until now.

At 7:45 p.m. no more bread and not baked new ones on time. Too bad 10 customers lost and that in these times. I would kick these incompetent employees out.

From 4:00 p.m. there was repeatedly no more bread & the staff is mostly very unfriendly! Not recommendable! Better go to dominos next door!

All bad sausage not thawed in counters because everything was fresh all just lies. Staff underground not trained how can you actually get worse and worse since the new store is there the food is getting worse

It felt like all types of bread were sold out, so we decided on a wrap, which according to the employee should not be warmed up (????) hear it for the first time .. just a cheek. In addition, the peel of the onions were in the salad.

Hello, I like to visit the subway in Buchholz, but since the move it has changed a lot. The staff is getting rude and often many things are unprepared. Example: I was in the shop at a little after eleven a few days ago, the address box (corona) was not prepared, but the subs were baked and there were no cookies. I think it is part of the fact that when the shop opens at 11am you can order right away. Instead, I was offered 3 Italian Subs from the previous day. A day later, I try again because I really like to eat at Subway. There were three employees there and the containers of food were quite dirty, there was meat in the cheese and the waitress threw the tuna knife into the container, unfortunately it did not hit another container. I wanted to order three subs in the menu with a cookie, but unfortunately the children already sitting there had priority, all cookies were bought empty and no new ones were prepared. I find the whole thing a shame and hope that the team will soon be able to plan and organize the work properly. best regards

Extremely disappointing, unfriendly staff who are not flexible and handle food inappropriately .... Hair in the food, hardly any goods and selection on site. Too bad & was not recommended NOW! There is a lot of work to be done here ...

Personnel disaster (in part) Are sometimes unfriendly to customers The wrong address is stored online everywhere and there is nowhere a phone number where you can call. I dare to doubt whether this is all deliberate and you should take care of such things even if you haven't moved 100 meters further and at the old location, strangely enough, the staff seemed more friendly and much more competent - that's just my personal opinion Hope this will change in time

Hello ... we were in Buchholz on vacation and today at 20:50 in the subway to eat there. When we entered the subway, a staff member with long blond hair told us that there was nothing to eat there because there was no bread left! This is probably a bad joke, that at this time there is nothing to eat, although the shop is open until 22:30. Just a joke. If we decide to go on holiday in Buchholz we will definitely not visit this subway anymore and we do not recommend it. Just an absolute catastrophe with incompetent personnel.

Unfortunately, the store has diminished after the move something. For me it starts with the fact that the shop looks much more impersonal by the modern decor. I always used to say hello when I went into the store, just as I said goodbye when going out. Now I realize that I do not do that myself, but also the employees do not greet so much anymore. The vegetables were the last few times not so fresh.
